Mike Middleton is the founder of Marty McFly. He has extensive experience as a Chief Marketing Officer working for some of the world’s leading blue chip Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organisations - including Unilever, SABMiller (now part of ABInBev), Cadbury/Kraft/ Mondelez, Yum Brands and The Shoprite Group – across Africa, the Middle East and Europe. He was also a member of the global leadership teams for some of the world’s largest brands, including Cadbury, Milka, Oreo and KFC. Having been through various mergers and acquisitions, and experiencing the best and worst of the corporate world, he developed an interest in future studies, regenerative business, and future-fit leadership and corporate culture. This led to him completing his Master’s Degree in Futures Studies and the establishment of his strategy consultancy, Marty McFly.
